On-hand coverage = distinct SKUs (OE numbers) with demand at that location that KSI has on-hand (primary + interchange) at the region mapped from your warehouse→region table ÷ SKUs with demand. Branches are matched to the KSI district that serves them (South Plainfield, Long Island, Franklin, Richmond, Chicago, Atlanta), so every warehouse in a district shares one pool — e.g. Chicago covers 63MI/71IL/76IN/77OH and serves Chicago IL, Romulus MI and Indianapolis IN. FL uses the separate FL feed (on-hand + in-pipeline). KSI Collision Texas has no KSI district, so it shows no inventory.

ever — parts KSI does not appear to stock. Buy more = OE numbers KSI has quoted at least once but
where unquoted demand remains (likely depth/stock-out misses), with selection performance shown for the
ones that sell. Unquoted gap = requested − quoted. Sel rate = selected ÷ quoted. Jun–Aug ’26 is the most
recent quarter of demand (Aug partial) — a bring-in candidate with no recent demand may already be obsolete.

P marks parts flagged Patent in the KSI item catalog (KSI_ITEM, Patent=1) — the KSI item that
interchanges to that OE number is a patented design, so aftermarket availability is typically restricted.
KSI Item # is the catalog item KSI would stock for that OE number, joined via the OE interchange table
(KSI_Item_OE, preferring each OE's default/unblocked item); a +N chip means N additional interchange
items also cover that OE #. Dash (—) means no KSI item currently interchanges to that OE number.
Daily use = total requested in the current filter scope ÷ 302 business days (Mon–Fri less 13 US federal holidays, Jun 1, 2025 – Aug 15, 2026).
Suggested buy = supply at that rate, rounded up — 30 days for lamp/lighting parts, 90 days for all other parts (daily use × supply days).
CAPA marks lamp parts (Headlamp Assembly, Tail Lamp, Front Lamp) that must be CAPA certified;
all other part types are fine non-CAPA. Primary / 2ndary vendor come from the KSI item catalog
(KSI_ITEM) for the matched KSI item number.
